Sausage Emporium

Long Dick’s Sausage Emporium opened in downtown St. John’s. I had seen the van with the unforgettable name a few days ago on Duckworth Street and made a mental note to come down for a visit. Turns out, it only opened today around the time I showed up.

Of course, I tried a hot dog, which was good. If he asks if you want onions, say yes.

John Cossar

John Cossar was a familiar face to me as I walked Water Street and Duckworth Street last summer, more frequently than I do now. Shortly after I shot these photos, I discovered he has a couple of CDs released.
